Pinnacle Carpet Care is definitely the best l have had over the years. They were most professional in their dealings each time? Lawrence is friendly, efficient and communicates very clearly before and during his work about each work area and special requirements if any. I would highly recommend Lawrence and the team! Thanks once again. Di .

Fantastic business! I sent them a message to see if they could fit me in the next day to clean the carpet in one room, but they could actually do the job the same day! I contacted them around midday, and 2 hours later Laurence arrived. And did a brilliant job! Our carpet had a few dog mess stains (I'd cleaned them up the best I could but you could still see slight residual marks). Now our carpet looks AS GOOD AS NEW!!! I have no hesitation in recommending Pinnacle Carpet Care. And great to support a local business too! Keep up the great work L & L! 👏🏼👏🏼

From the beginning Laurence was incredible! We were stressed out over a massive mess we had made with the washing machine in a new house. He was so thorough with how he explained what needed to be done, he ensured me the price wouldn’t change and it didn’t, he messaged me to check in, even helped me with my internet connection and was so amazing! Thanks so much for getting our issues fixed quickly and getting our house back to how it was before the accident! Highly highly recommend this business!!

Very, very happy with the service provided by Laurence!! He came and provided an estimate on cleaning our couches, carpets and tiles and told us the couches would come up like new, which we really doubted, but they have come up so clean and like new. Would recommend 10/10. Very professional and we’re so happy and glad we got everything cleaned.

Laurence is super friendly. He cleaned our carpets after we had sold our house as well as the couch! The couch & carpets looked brand new. We are SO happy with his service and the outcomes - he was super easy to communicate with and arrived on time. We were mid move & he even locked the house up for us while we were gone. We are so grateful & will use him again.
