Next Level Floor Cleaning Solutions

I have tried allot of different carpet cleaning business over the years, after each occasion I was far from impressed as the quality of workmanship wasn't there. This is where Next Level FCS stands out from the rest, from our first consultation which included a detailed explanation of the work to be undertaken and why, through to UV light scanning to find the key spots where our dog decided to go to the toilet. We cannot be happier with the service and outcome provided, all with by far the best customer service I've experienced from this industry. Will definitely use again, and highly recommend to anyone.

I am happy with the level of service I received as well as the final outcome of the carpet. Prior to beginning the cleaning process, everything was explained thoroughly to me including the machines, types of chemicals etc. which put me at ease as I was then aware of how safe the products were to use! I would highly recommend Next Level FCS to anyone looking for a safe carpet cleaning service that is also affordable and so lovely!

I highly recommend Dal from Next Level Floor Cleaning- he has very professional, knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. Our carpets were very dirty from two toddlers and a dog- they look great now! Thanks Dal.

Best carpet cleaning company in Melbourne. I own an investment property in Cranbourne ( South east suburbs) and have used various carpet cleaning services over the years. This time I called out Next level floor cleaning solutions. They did such as an amazing job. Very happy 😊 Highly recommend.

Dale has since worked on multiple projects for our home. He has always been on time or early and works so hard. The results have been well worth the investment in his services. I would highly recommend Dale for tile and grout cleaning/restoration.
