  Incredible customer service, amazing attention to detail, and so much empathy and care to both the place and the customer. I've hired Melbourne Central Cleaning for three separate moves so far, and the cleaners always go above and beyond. Sara is an exceptionally great point of contact, making sure that everything goes smoothly and addressing any concerns that come up (even the tiny ones!). Definitely my trusted go-to end-of-lease cleaning service - I genuinely could not have asked for a better experience.

  Great prompt service, professional communication and thorough clean. I called last minute on a Saturday morning to have a clean done Sunday. I stressed that it wasn’t necessary but would be highly appreciated. The coordinator checked and I was promptly called back to confirm that we could do it the next day! The fees were good ($450 for a 3 bedroom townhouse) and the lady Juma/Simma was very friendly, professional and efficient. She was through and did a great job, also let me know what she suggested she clean and provide her insights. Cleaners are professionally trained. Highly recommend!

  I was extremely impressed by the professionalism and bond clean by Melbourne Central Cleaning. Sara was extremely friendly and helpful with booking in a bond clean and was able to provide me with excellent customer service and advice. I have in the past experienced bond cleans when moving out that are not up to standard, therefore I was pleasantly amazed to see the incredible cleaning on my apartment. Everything was cleaned perfectly and thoroughly in an exceptionally impressive time frame. I could not recommend this company more, and I will be using their services every time I require to.   Exceptional customer service beyond anything I’ve experienced before. I had a few complications during my move that the team were very empathetic and understanding of.
