I had a good experience with them. I called them because the other cleaners I had arranged turned out to be a joke (see my other review). The accommodated a last minute request and did whatever they could and explained very clearly what to expect in cleaning terms because of limited time. The cleaners guys were really nice and friendly and did an excellent job. Would highly recommend if you want genuine /honest people with a nice customer service.

Cleaners did the general cleaning for more than 1year for my apartment fortnightly, i never had to complain or show things to the cleaner to clean they're very good for an amazing apartment cleaning service and also two cleaners from ivy did my end of lease cleaning and the service for their quoted price was amazing the real state was very happy about the condition of the apartment. Overall the service was very impressive throughout the whole time.
