The BEST steam cleaning I have ever had! So happy to have found this excellent service. It actually amazes me watching how clean my carpets come up, especielly my rug that gets very noticibly dirty from my dogs. As you can see in the photo, the diference before and after clean. The top half of rug being clean and bottem half dirty. It stressess me out seeing it gather with dirt, but now it's a relief knowing Robert can clean it, get the stains out and leave it smelling fresh and not soggy. I can tell Robert takes pride in his work. Old school, reliable, pleasent hard worker. He's very thorough and knows the products needed to get the carpet looking clean and bright. I have had previous carpet/rug steam cleaners and they are miles behind in results and I never knew the potential of steam cleaning until Roberts results made it VERY clear. Elite Carpet Care is at the top of it's category. Multiple 5 stars for good reasons. I would only refer this service to friends and family and I plan to be a regular customer. Thank you!

We had our carpets previously cleaned by someone else 3 months beforehand. Once the carpets were dry they had the most awful smell. I called Rob at Elite who came to do a steam clean and sanitise on our carpets. We were told previously that the stains would never come out. Rob got the stains out and the carpet smelling fresh. 2 days on and the carpet still smells fresh. Rob actually treated the odour and not masked it. Really happy with the service. Rob is lovely to deal with and does an amazing job. I highly recommend using Elite Carpet Care before trying anywhere else. *Photo taken whilst still being cleaned. The dark side has not yet been done.... Huge difference.
