Quality small local business striving for great customer service! Kate and Jimmy were friendly and informative from the first contact. They arrived on time and gave us a heads up when they were 15 mins away. Jimmy did a lovely job of the carpets, removing a stack of dried paint flecks from the initial build, even though it's been cleaned many times before, clearly not to their standard! They used low scent natural cleaning products and didn't use any scented deodorisers as requested which my nose appreciates. Very happy with their service, thank you for making our move to our new home that much easier! 😊
