  I recently hired Rini and Ketul for two cleaning jobs within a few days: a post-construction clean for a new house and an end-of-lease clean. They did a fantastic job on both occasions. Despite having to reschedule them twice on short notice due to circumstances beyond my control, they accommodated my requests without any issue. Their communication was excellent throughout the process. The end-of-lease clean left my rental even cleaner than when I moved in several years ago. I will definitely hire them again for future jobs!

  I contacted Dan to do an end of lease clean after tenants left the house in a poor state in terms of kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Dan and his team was extremely flexible, professional, very reasonable in price and left the house sparkling clean. I have recommended his services to my friends and would certainly call upon him again next time I need more cleaning. Highly recommended.

  ~~~ UPDATE as of 27/01/2023 ~~~ I'm leaving the original review intact below for solidarity, but I have updated the rating from 2 stars to 4 stars. Dan from Orange cleaning reached out after seeing my dissatisfied review. He was approachable and was disappointed in the service that I had received. As suspected, the clean that was originally provided did not satisfy the agent's standard, but Dan organised an additional clean (at no extra cost to me) in order to get the townhouse up to standard. The cleaners that had come initially were new, so I understand that mistakes can happen. Although it did take a bad review to spark action, I was impressed at how Dan was able to remedy the situation. ~~~~Original review below~~~~ Prompt to pick up phone calls but that's where the professionalism ends. I had Orange perform an end-of-lease cleaning which was suboptimal. The kitchen range hood filters were still greasy, and a stove top surface remained black with charred foodstuff. They hadn't even touched it! When we asked them, the cleaners (while friendly) said that they were in a rush to go to the next job. We ended up speaking to the manager. She had initially quoted me a price, then later said that in order to do the kitchen I had to pay an additional $60! The excuse was that I had understated the number of toilets (when in fact I had stated that there were 2 bathrooms and an additional toilet). Instead of going through another painful round of negotiations, I opted to clean it up myself.
