When you think you wanna spend money at the mall instead of cleaning your gorgeous rugs? LET ME TELL YOU how satisfying it was to spend my hard earned money on cleaning my rugs 😉The cost of carpet cleaning gave me more happiness than a cheeky spend at the mall! I am extremely happy at the results. The no contact pick up and delivery, the communication, it was absolutely to my satisfaction. I am so happy 😁

I have had two of my large handmade rugs (one which is hand knotted wool and silk, which needs very gentle washing etc) cleaned by Who Who twice over the last two years. They provide prompt service, excellent communication, timely pick up and deliver, and the rugs are impeccable when they are delivered back to us. And they more than match the price of competitors. Would not use any other company. Just wonderful. Thanks Who Who.

We’ve used them in the past to clean our rugs so when they gave us their annual call for cleaning we checked if they did normal carpet cleaning. They said yes and worked with us by splitting the cleaning over two different days to enable us to shift furniture between the rooms. The guy came out and cleaned our hall and two bedrooms on the first day. The next week he came back to do the other two rooms and we told him how our beloved dog had already made a mess in one spot in a room he already cleaned. He went and cleaned it for us again with a high level of customer service. Each time I’ve used them they’ve been great to deal with, they’re fair with their price and actually show up when they say they will.
