Marshall does a great job, we get him in to do pest and carpet cleaning every 6 months or so. He does a thorough job and does a few little extra treatments to the carpet to keep it softer for longer. His pricing is good, he's prompt and he is a friendly bloke. Definitely recommend

We initially used this company for pest control and were really impressed with the service, so we booked them again for carpet and lounge cleaning. With two Labradors and a toddler, our carpets and lounge had a lot of dirt and grime built up. The results were amazing, everything came up so clean and smells fresh again. The team was professional, thorough, and easy to deal with. Highly recommend their services for both pest control and carpet cleaning.

Very happy with the carpet cleaning and customer service from Ticked Off! Good communication, and they were able to book me at short notice when I needed it. They have multiple large and high tech carpet cleaning machines, and went over each room multiple times. They really know their chemicals and chemistry, and how to clean the carpet that was older and more delicate. The price was also very good, so I'll definitely use them again.

Great business , didn't rush through and took their time. Lovely, beautiful couple that did a very professional, thorough clean and pest control. My daughter and I were quite stressed ( being moving week) and it showed, they were so lovely and thoughtful and worked around us helping accommodate our needs.
