  Recently we travelled overseas, so rather than put our loved pet into an outside care facility, we decided to have friends house sit and look after our aging poodle. Unfortunately she became unwell and had mishap after mishap on our good quality wool carpet. By the time we got home the carpet was a mess and potentially needing replacement. Adrian had cleaned this same carpet 12 months previously, at the direction of my insurance company, following storm damage repair. I was so satisfied with his workmanship on that occasion that I kept his contact details for future reference. That decision proved to be beneficial for the situation we now faced. Adrian responded very quickly to our SOS and fitted our needs into his schedule. He initially spot treated multiple stains and a week later came back and deep cleaned the entire carpet area. The final cleaning has proved that successful we do not need to replace a good quality wool carpet, as initially feared. I applaud his knowledge, punctuality and workmanship. Shane

  Fantastic service. Adrian took the time to remove any stains on our upholstery. Both couches look brand new again. He also did our carpet. We live in an apartment block. Our foyer was looking very grubby. Adrian removed all stains and it looks so clean and fresh. Whilst he was here he also did another apartment. We are all very happy.
