Who was it that said, "Punctuality is next to Godliness!"? Oh... that was me! I begin with this because having a vendor show up on time is really important and sets the mood for your entire interaction. The tech was very friendly and explained the cleaning process to me and estimated how long the job would take which put my mind at ease. To be honest, the process of getting a quote through completing the job for us was a complete breeze. I'm really happy that I chose them to clean my carpets. The floors looked better than when we moved in! High traffic areas? Check! Oddball stains? Check! Along the baseboards? Double check! If your carpets are looking a little worse for wear, ring the fine folks at Encore Carpet Cleaning. They will have your floors in tip top shape in no time!

We had such a great experience getting our bedroom carpet replaced. The whole process was super quick and seamless. Our carpet layer was amazing he was on time, efficient, and just genuinely lovely to deal with. He did such a great job and made everything feel really easy. The admin team were also fantastic. Communication was clear the whole way through, and they always gave us a heads up and showed up exactly when they said they would. Couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out, highly recommend!
