Bob gave us a quote over the phone to clean our couch for the following day. When he arrived on time I realised that I forgot to mention that there is a Ottoman as well. If you need the reassurance of excellent quality cleaning with reasonable fees, we highly recommend Bob, whether it’s a couch needing steam cleaning or a huge house needing an exit clean. We were very grateful to Bob who recently completed an exit clean of a house we had been renting. It was a furnished double storey house including steam cleaning of 2 lounge suites and 3 beds. After making a free visit for quotation a week prior, he offered to and actually went to our real estate agent’s office to collect and drop off the keys and then liaise with them to ensure we got a full bond refund. We trusted Bob with the keys (and our Bond) because he had also done an excellent exit clean for us on our previous home. You would expect that such a service would fetch a high price, but his fees are actually very reasonable. With commitment to quality, attention to detail and a friendly demeanour, we couldn’t have asked for more.

Needed a room carpet steam cleaned straight away. Bob was fast to respond with a quote and made a time to come out early the next morning. I wasn't going to be at the premises to hand keys and payment but we were able to communicate fully and plan around it. No muck around with him. Very happy with the steam cleaning on the carpet. Will use again so highly recommend.
