Simon's Carpet Care

Simon and Aline did a great job cleaning my carpets after recent renovations. They arrived on time, were very informative and thorough. Have not used them before and a trying to support small businesses rather than the corporate ones. Would have no hesitation in using them again next year. Thank you

Simon and Aline are an absolute dream team! From our first correspondence, they were professional and personable, and the quality of their work was exceptional. They have brought our lounge back to life and made our carpets look absolutely spotless: better than we could have hoped for. We couldn’t recommend Simon's Carpet Care more highly!

Incredible service right from our first contact. Responsive, clear and kind, reliable and did a wonderful job. Unfortunately because of excessive rain and humidity our lounge didn’t dry as planned, but Simon and Aline returned and addressed the issue without delay. Highly recommend and we could not be happier with the service!

Having read good reviews, I engaged Simon’s Carpet Care for the first time just this week. Super happy with our carpet clean - Simon managed to remove an old pet stain that previous cleaners couldn’t and our carpets were not left a soggy mess. Also had a hall runner and sofa lounge cleaned and refreshed. Simon and Aline were meticulous, didn’t rush through the job and were quite personable. Would highly recommend and will definitely be return customers.

I would highly recommend this carpet cleaning company, Simons Carpet Care. They responded to my message straight away when I enquired if they could do my home. They kept in contact with me throughout the process and also gave me a very good price. The job was done beautifully and my carpets look like new. If you are looking for someone to clean your carpets, mattresses or rugs I would definitely give Simon and Aline a call.

My well loved lounge looks brand new again!! Floor rugs refreshed also look fantastic. Stains, marks & pet odour all gone, with no chemical smell. Simon & Aline were pleasant, professional, easy to deal with & I am thrilled with the results of their work. Highly recommend!!
