Mark did a great job for us for a reasonable price. Our carpets smell and look great and he managed to remove the lingering pet odours and stains from a previous owner's pooch. We did it ourselves first with the Rug Doctor but the heavy duty pro pressure cleaning equipment Mark used was on another level. He did our ceramic tile floors too and they are 100% improved - lovely colour now with all the ground in dirt removed and much easier to maintain. Well worth it!
