Linden and Ken have done an amazing job of cleaning my extremely dirty Aniline Leather (King Furniture) Lounge. This is an old lounge that we considered disposing of due to its age and condition. Linden and Ken have transformed this sorry tired mess into a beautiful clean lounge and added many more years of family use. Her skill, knowledge and dedication to her work shines through in the results. She is a "ChemDry Superwoman" and an absolute credit to the company name. I wouldn't hesitate to use ChemDry Nova for all of our future furnishing care. Their professionalism starts with great communication, and is followed through with their research and knowledge and results in an extraordinary amount of care taken to achieve truely amazing results. Linden your work is second to none. Thank you.

Linden cleaned my sofa & carpet late last year. I found her to be very knowledgeable & easy to talk to. Both came up really well & I thought the cost was great value. Just after New Years, my two dogs were sick over the sofa. Linden called me back within hours & was there the same day as she was visiting people in the area. I'm extremely impressed with Linden's service & will be a long term customer.

After experiencing flooding in our house with the recent storms, ChemDry Nova certainly came to the rescue. Linden and Ken were friendly and reliable and I was so grateful they could help not only with drying out the carpet but also getting rid of the smell at the source - as opposed to simply using deodoriser. They are thorough and dependable and excellent value. Great job! Will be having them back to do my rugs next!

We had some problems with pet odours in our home and Linden and Ken provided the most thorough and professional service we have ever had from any carpet cleaning company. They are so knowledgable regarding all aspects of carpet soiling, damage and had many tips, tricks and advice they shared with us. They really know their stuff! Also so lovely to just have a chat to! The most kind people! Could not recommend these guys enough, such an exceptional service. So glad we found Chemdry Nova, the only company I will let touch my carpets and upholstery from now on! Thanks guys!

Hello there potential users of Chemdry, my wife had the pleasure of Chemdry Newcastle visit our home and clean our carpets, floor rugs and lounge in the last few days. This was our first experience with a carpet and lounge cleaning service and we were apprehensive, as it turned out there was no need to be. Linden and Kevin were fantastic, lovely people to invite into your home and a hassle free service that made a real difference. My wife and I only share the house with a cat so the carpet wasn't that dirty, well we didn't think so, it came up wonderfully. The process really lifted everything that was cleaned, the lounge that is more than 20 years old looks fantastic and ready to go for another 20 years. I could not recommend Linden and Kevin and their service enough.
