  Just had Phil and his son Dan come clean our carpets and rugs today and wow - they look absolutely amazing! Seriously, they're so fresh and soft, almost like we just bought them. Phil and Dan were super friendly and really knew what they were doing. Honestly, it's so refreshing to work with tradespeople who actually care about doing a great job and are nice to deal with too. If you need your carpets cleaned, definitely give Phil a call - you won't be disappointed! 5 stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Phil attended today for an end of lease clean. I am so glad I engaged Canberra Carpet Steam Cleaning and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for carpet cleaning. Phil was friendly and it was clear that he took great pride in getting a best possible clean. I was so incredibly impressed with how great he made the carpets look! He was even able to remove stains I never thought would come out. Massive thumbs up from me and will be using Phil again for all future carpet cleaning + recommend to friends. Thanks Phil!

  HIGHLY RECOMMEND | WOULD GIVE 10 STARS IF I COULD | GAMECHANGER My partner and I rent a property where the previous tenant owned a dog. Dog hair was everywhere in the wool carpet and there were many urine stains in the carpet. The previous tenant didn’t do a carpet clean. I suffer from dog allergies and so the dog hair, animal dander and urine smell was absolutely awful for my symptoms, making the property pretty unbearable to live in. We had a “steam clean” by another company and it was a rip off. The job wasn’t done properly and was a waste of money. We managed to get Phil in on a cancellation and he did an AMAZING job. - Phil removed several dog urine carpet stains altogether - Phil cleaned the carpets at a temperature of 120 degrees—it smells and feels so clean!! - Phil explained about his equipment and the different ways of cleaning carpets – eg. Clean, steam, cold steam, warm steam etc. - Phil asked questions to illicit information that was then relevant to the solution he’d intend on using! *Photos show the difference between cleaning done (darker colour) and pre-clean. The second and fourth photos show the removal of x2 urine stains (before and after). Photo 3 shows the solids (ew) collected from the carpets. This is by far the best service experience I think I’ve ever had across any industry. Also, the outcome is so visible. I will recommend Phil to everyone I know.
