M8owes Construction - Perth's Trusted Home Builders

After a bad experience with previous builder I was left trying to find a suitable construction team to finish my home. As soon as I met face to face with Mitch I knew this was the man for the job. Mitch has trust and passion written all over him, it was like he and his team were building their own home. Mitch delivered on everything he said he would and if something was not right, he was straight onto getting it sorted. The communication was excellent, something I did not get from previous builder. Mitch gave me a timeline for when he expected to have the home finished and was true to his word, just before Christmas 2025. I’ve been meaning to write this review sooner and I can’t recommend Mitch and M8owes any more highly. JOB WELL DONE M8owes Construction!

We couldn’t be happier with the incredible results delivered by Mitch and his team from M8 Owes Construction in completing our home — a project five years in the making. After a nightmare experience with a previous builder who went under, finding Mitch was a blessing. Nothing was ever too difficult, and he worked with us every step of the way to bring our vision to life. The end result exceeded anything we could have imagined. In just four months, Mitch and his team completed our home with outstanding workmanship and quality. We wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again and highly recommend M8 Owes Construction to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and genuine builder.

M8owes Construction is a well run business that provides a high quality of work, delivers on-time for good value. Most importantly, they listen to what the customer wants, ask questions along the way to resolve any issues, and surprise and delight with the outcome of their work. I have no hesitation in recommending M8owes Construction to any prospective customer. M8owes built the stairs, fence and decking for our pool area. Amazing work!

After signing on with a well known Perth property developer/builder in November 2020, I have been waiting over 4 years for my build to be completed. Like other owners, I have some sort of PTSD and have developed a distrust of builders and the building industry in general - they all seem to be in it for the money without any care for their customers but not M8owes Construction. I came across M8owes Construction by chance - and although weary - the build had to be completed. To be honest after M8owes Construction took over, every step of the way, I was braced for disappointment and broken promises. Fortunately, my fears were unfounded when it came to Mitchell and his team. Every thing I pointed out or questioned along the way was addressed promptly, honestly and tended to efficiently. There was no waiting days or weeks for a vague regurgitated update. No chasing a builder who was MIA. Mitchell was open and clear in all communications, displaying a level of integrity which has become foreign to the industry. Nothing was ever too difficult and the team went above and beyond and worked very hard to get the job completed by the promised handover date. The team treated my build as if it were their own. After so many years, I am having trouble registering in my head that the house is finally done, but I am so so grateful to have found M8owes Construction. I highly recommend Mitchell and the M8owes Construction team to anyone looking to build or renovate. You could go with a big name builder but they have just that - a name. An up and coming family business like this has the energy and care factor, that's what you want when dealing with such a huge life investment. A huge thank you to Mitchell and the team for getting me to the finish line!

Not only has this builder got our family out of a really bad situation caused by the previous Builder we went through to build what we thought our forever after home!!!! Mitchell n team at M8owes Construction went above and beyond. We were truly blessed right from the get go!!! Nothing was ever too hard for Mitchell even little jobs he would pick up and see or find jobs not tended to properly he was onto it. Mitchell and his Brother are outstanding and perfectionist and attitude and loyalty is beyond word i can explain. We had a build that took 4 years that was literally left what they called at hand over but was truly not and more like half way!!! M8owes Construction worked hard and day and night to get job done. Paying 2 mortgages for 4 years was insane and Mitch was just a delight and a true honest builder that anyone invests his time you will not be disappointed. It’s extremely hard out there to find a builder that you can trust and know they will produce the goods. No1 builder for us that is for sure and would build again with them if needed to. Highly recommended!!
