Mark and his team have been the best tradesman I have had work on my house renovations. Mark was prompt to attend and view the workscope, supply the very reasonable quotes and then get a high quality team on the job. Due to their extensive building knowledge and experience, no job was too big, or small. I can't recommend Mark and the crew enough. From the quote process, right through to the completion of the job of a small side lean to was very professional. The communication was excellent throughout. The job started exactly the day and time as per quote. The professionalism of Mark and his team was excellent. Everyone knew their job. The tools were in a tidy manner, nothing left lying around. I recommend Build365 without hesitation. We chose them on our neighbour’s recommendation and after we saw the quality of the work they did for them. Mark from Build365 responded quickly to our request for a quote. We asked for two small, covered pergolas attached to the house and a large, freestanding pergola to shade our swimming pool. Mark listened carefully to what we were wanting and made great suggestions, based on his vast experience. One of his recommendations that we went with was to use timber upright posts. They are stunning. The price quoted was very affordable and the results are stunning in appearance, function and workmanship. The work was done quickly and with very little inconvenience to us.
