Tyson did an absolutely beautiful job renovating our kitchen. Having a very old house, it had been around 40 years since the last kitchen upgrade, so this was a tricky job to say the least. Nothing was a standard fit, so with Tyson's help, we "made to fit" our window frames, fridge space, cabinetry beneath the old chimney breast, and repaired and refit our original mantle-piece. With a complete strip out of the old kitchen, Tyson helped us to install out stunning new cabinetry, benchtops, pantry, double glazed windows and external kitchen door. We've gone from a dark and tired old kitchen to a light filled, open plan kitchen that is now a wonderful space for the family to use and a practical cooking and entertaining area. This is the second time that we have engaged Tyson with work on renovating our house. And we are looking forward to using him again for further renovations, already booked him in for the next phase. We couldn't be happier. His workmanship is excellent. 10 out of 10. Thank you Tyson.

Taking the front brick wall off our house was a daunting prospect, but Tyson was able to set our concerns aside and make us feel confident that it was going to be a job that would be easy to do and that it would look fantastic when finished. We also replaced our old windows with new, double glazed windows and they went in easily and without any trouble. He was also able not only advise us on our renovations, but to also recommend other tradespeople that would be reliable and professional. We initially engaged Tyson (Unrivaled Developments) to install a new sliding door. We found his workmanship to be exceptional. He was punctual, tidy and kept us well informed as to what was happening. When we decided to get a new kitchen and change our existing floor, we engaged Tyson to remove our floor tiles, remove the old kitchen and modify the kitchen space in advance of the installation of our new kitchen. As per previous, we found Tyson great to deal with. He was prompt, worked diligently and kept us well informed as to where he was at. Everything went well with no issue that Tyson wasn’t able to overcome. We would recommend Unrivaled Developments to anyone doing a building related project.
