It involved demolition of an old extension, build a new extension and garage and a full renovation of the inside of the house. I started just before Covid restrictions hit. So we had material supply issues, trades people availability issues and more. It was the worst possible timing for the project and very frustrating for all of us. Kosta was able to solve the problems through his contacts in the industry, his professional experience and his integrity. We ended up with our dream home. He takes immense pride in his work and we were blown away by his professionism, attention to detail and his personable demeaner. Thank you so much to Kosta and the team. I can’t wait to hand you another project in the future. I consider Kosta an outstanding builder.
