  Mathieu is responsible and qualified builder. One of the reasons I selected Mathieu is because he delivers unique insulation technology such as HampCreat. The insulation in my house is made out this natural and very efficient material. For a whole house I use one AC but very rare. This means I ha e no heating in my house. I save lot's on power bills. Mathieu brought me quality sustainable solution for long-term. I would recommend to use Mathieu if you want to build lovely sustainable home for family.   The combination of Mathieu’s creativity and ability to turn his hand to fine tolerance precision workmanship, backed by a sound understanding of Passiv house principles, Hemp-Lime construction techniques and Autocad design skills contributed significantly to our complex build.   We engaged Mathieu to build an extension to our home, a 1920s cottage in the Macedon Ranges. He was such a pleasure to deal with at every step of the way. He was professional, knew exactly what he was doing and we really valued his practices in sustainability. It has been about 3 years since the extension was completed and we could not be happier with the result. It performs better than we had hoped, particularly during the cold Macedon Ranges winters. On the rare hot days in summer, the hempcrete keeps the house beautifully cool for days. We had spoken to several other hempcrete builders and were so pleased with our decision to go with Mathieu. We wholeheartedly recommend using Mathieu for anyone considering building with hempcrete.
