To anyone wanting to have any carpentry work done. I highly recommend Andy Evans. In recent weeks he has built a great catio for me, here in Orbost. His work was first class, he got the job done so quickly, and efficiently. He cleaned up everything and made sure I was happy with the job.. I was so happy, that I have Andy coming back on Monday to work on my next project.

Thought I had a problem with my front door swelling and unable to lock and had great difficulty opening, but within minutes Andy found the root cause ... a sinking stump. We're new in town, so he contacted another local tradie on our behalf to organise a second opinion. Once it was confirmed, he had the problem solved in about half an hour. Without Andy's keen eye, we probably would have planed the door and adjusted both the lock and jambs - which would have only been a temporary fix that would have destroyed a perfectly good door for no good reason. Thanks Andy!! Your expertise, friendly advice, local knowledge and great prices will keep us coming back.

In the last six months, Andy has completed a number of projects at our address. He installed kitchen cabinets, and built a false wall against double brick, so that we could run plumbing and wiring; he installed seven heavy glass doors throughout the house, mostly external, and he built an outdoor staircase out of beautiful merbau timber to our rather exacting requirements. Andy is knowledgeable and experienced, able to think creatively to solve problems. His work is meticulous, timely and always of a high standard. We were so disappointed when he told us he was moving! We had hoped to engage him for our next project. I can highly recommend Andy for your next project.
