Alps Constructions Pty Ltd

Alps Construction were outstanding from start to finish. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and quality of workmanship truly set them apart. Communication was clear and consistent throughout the project, timelines were met, and the final result exceeded expectations. The team was reliable, respectful, and clearly took pride in their work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alps Construction to anyone looking for high-quality construction services.

We needed a builder to help us with a massive upgrade of our old, cramped kitchen, living and dining space (not a simple cosmetic update). Someone who could help us design a functional open plan layout with a new kitchen, new windows and doors, new flooring etc, to totally modernise the space. We picked Alps as they were friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable. The Project Manager Kristie led the custom renovation of our space, coordinated all the trades, and dealt with any issues that popped up. She helped with the design and provided suggestions that suited our lifestyle and personal tastes. In addition, she went above and beyond, and put together a mood board with a suggested colour palette and furniture options (including website links) after I mentioned my difficulties with styling (thank you Kristie!!) The other tradesmen involved in the project were pleasant and experienced, with a great eye for detail. I was particularly impressed with the quality of the brick and tiling work! Also, a shout out to Dan, the main carpenter, who oversaw the onsite work. Dan was amazing and provided helpful advice that cut down the stress I felt when making the small decisions throughout (like picking skirting boards). I am delighted with our new kitchen and living area – it’s totally transformed how we live in the space, and I am looking forward to many years of enjoying it! We highly recommend Alps, and I look forward to working them in the future for our bathroom renovations!

Paul and Kristie were recommended to us when we needed to build a granny flat for my mother, and that was ten years ago and we have been dealing with them ever since. Their work is of the highest standard and no job too small. Two years ago we decided to update our bathroom, Kristie was a great help in designing especially with the fixtures and fittings. I have recommended Alps to family who have used them and did not disappoint. Would highly recommend Alps for any project you need, I found Paul and Kristie to be honest and reliable.

We recently engaged Alps Construction for flood restoration and renovation works at our home. Kristie, Paul and the entire team at Alps Constructions were an absolute pleasure to deal it, from the very first moment I spoke to Kristie to the practical completion. Kristie and Paul were extremely transparent with how they quoted their work which I greatly admired, and their approach to myself and my wife was very collaborative and friendly making us feel comfortable the whole time, and they were very accomodating to changes and special requests. The quality of the workmanship was extremely high, and equally also was their project management. Kristie is very detail oriented which means their communication, their paperwork such as the contract and invoices were always super clear and thorough. A very big thank you to Kristie also for going out of her way (by a long way) to help us navigate the Resilient Home Fund application process and assisting us with deciphering the convoluted requirements, but most importantly ensuring the design and selection of materials for our renovation was compliant to flood resilient requirements. Both Paul and Kristie are a very kind and down-to-earth couple, highly approachable and they both felt more like our friends than our builders! I can't recommend them highly enough, and should we ever renovate or build in the future I will be calling them first without a doubt!

The BEST builders you could ever hope for! Kristie, Paul and their team were an absolute dream to work with for my home renovation. Professional, communicative, mindful of the budget, collaborative, fun, very well organised, with outstanding quality of work and attention to detail. The tradespeople they work with are like an extension of their core team, all working together to produce fantastic results. I can't thank them enough, would use them again in a heartbeat and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an exceptional builder.

We worked with Alps to build a second level on our home. The Finish and quality of the workmanship was excellent. I work in the building industry, and I have a good eye for quality workmanship. The finish and attention to detail was something you rarely experience in this industry.
