We had Dan and his team perform a renovation on our bathroom and walk in robe and couldn’t have been happier with the results. He has an eye for detail and was excellent at communicating throughout the entire process. It made a potentially stressful endeavor seamless. We will be happily getting him back in the future for any further work we need done!

We recently completed a renovation with Dan and his team at Prospect Built. Honestly, we could not be happier with the results. Renovating can be stressful and overwhelming, but the whole process with Dan was really smooth sailing. Something that can be quite rare with trades these days. We were very impressed with Dan’s communication; he was always available to answer our questions and address any concerns. Dan and the team took pride in the work that they completed and their professionalism. We were confident from day one, and as the renovation went on, our confidence was only reassured further. The project management was top tier. From the design, realistic timeframes and then completing the renovation to above expected standard. His professionalism from initial contact, to his knowledge when advising materials, made the process a breeze.. Even providing us with cost effective options to choose from, and then promptly designing and constructing exactly what my Wife and I were after. The finished product is amazing.
