  I am very happy with the project that Brian and his son Jerod completed at my place. They were absolutely professional and excellent, and everything was done perfectly. Furthermore, they were very friendly and always patient in communicating and discussing every single detail.   I recently hired Pritchard Constructions to remove a wall in my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results. My main concern was the potential dust that would accumulate from the demolition, but Brian and his son went above and beyond to ensure this didn't happen. They put up a plastic barrier to contain the dust, which was a huge relief for me. Not only did they complete the job in a timely manner, but they were also extremely clean and respectful of my home. I was impressed with their attention to detail and commitment to keeping the work area tidy throughout the process. Additionally, Brian was able to coordinate all of the different tradesmen I needed, such as a Painter,Electrician and Gyprocker, which made the whole process seamless and stress-free for me. Overall, I was very pleased with the quality of work provided by Pritchard Constructions. I highly recommend them for any construction or renovation needs. Thank you, Brian and team, for a job well done!

  I had an outstanding experience with Brian and his son Jerod from Pritchard Constructions P/L. They helped me build a brand-new garage and converted my double garage into a studio apartment. The final results exceeded my expectations — they saved me both time and cost, and I couldn’t be happier. Brian is a highly experienced and hardworking builder. He starts work at 7am every day, always punctual, energetic, and ready to help. He is positive, friendly, and always proactive in solving problems for his clients. He is very organised, plans every step carefully, and works with great efficiency. What impressed me the most is his honesty and transparency. His quotes are extremely detailed — breaking down every task, material quantities, and labour costs clearly, with absolutely nothing hidden. I have never seen such a thorough and transparent quotation before. Jerod is also an outstanding young builder. He always pays great attention to detail, approaches every task with sincerity and care, and completes every job perfectly. I am truly grateful for everything Brian and Jerod have done.   I have know Brian Pritchard for over 12years now. My business is Coffs Harbour Building Design (owner) Brian has worked on a number of my building jobs/projects over the years. Brian has a vast knowledge of the building construction industry from high end residential builds to granny flats. I have always found him to be excellent with his communications, coordination of the different trades onsite, professional approach to his work, punctuality & very reliable with his building services. Brian is a very experienced hard working builder, which I happily recommend for all new builds or renovation work.
