We’ve just completed a first floor addition and garage in Earlwood with No Limit Building Solutions — and this is actually the second time we’ve worked with them after a previous ground floor renovation. From start to finish, the whole process felt organised and well managed. What we really appreciated was how proactive David and his team were when it came to problem solving. On a project of this size, there are always unexpected challenges, but they handled everything calmly and efficiently, always coming to us with solutions — not problems. They were also great at offering practical suggestions that helped us make smart decisions without compromising on quality. A few of their recommendations actually improved the layout and saved us unnecessary costs, which we truly valued. Communication was clear throughout, all trades were professional, and the finished result speaks for itself. It’s rare to find a builder you feel confident returning to — but after two major projects with No Limit Building Solutions, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Our growing family had outgrown our old layout and desperately needed more space — the No Limit Building team completely transformed our home in Sutherland. David understood exactly what we needed and guided us through the entire renovation process with total professionalism. The new first-floor addition blends seamlessly with the original structure — it honestly feels like it was always part of the house. Their attention to detail, communication, and workmanship were exceptional. We couldn’t be happier with the end result — it’s given our family the space we needed without having to move, and it’s added incredible value to our home. If you’re considering a renovation or addition, we couldn’t recommend No Limit Building Solutions highly enough!

From our very first consultation, the No Limit team just got us. They listened to what we wanted for our long-overdue family home reno, respected our budget, and turned all our ideas into something even better than we imagined. It’s now perfect for our growing family. Every tradesperson was friendly, tidy, and professional, which made the whole process so much smoother. We honestly can’t thank No Limit enough. If you want a builder who cares about your home as much as you do, David and his team are the ones to call.
