Wow what more can I say but 5 star service, expertise, advice, workmanship, communication and always met with a kind and courteous team from MNC Drafting and Construction. Tim, the owner, was always checking in and overseeing the different trades throughout the remodel of our bathrooms, toilet and laundry. We are extremely happy and in love with our new home and would highly recommend Tim and his team to anyone looking to build or remodel their existing home. A truely trustworthy and reliable business!!

Tim & the team at Mid North Coast Drafting & Construction went out of their way to make the process of completely renovating our home go smoothly. They guided us through every step keeping us well informed & continually updating us with the progress. Communication throughout the building process has been excellent as they display a high level of professionalism and are approachable. We appreciated their attention to detail & are very happy with the high standard of their completed work, they even drafted the plans for us. We can highly recommend this company to anyone needing building work as they are honest & very hard working.

Tim & his team completed extension and renovations to my property. I couldn't be happier with the new bedroom, walkin, ensuite and front porch. Tim always kept me updated and went above and beyond to help our dream become a reality. Tim & his team were exceptional and I can't thank them all enough. I'll definitely be calling them for any future works.

We have recently moved into our beautiful new home, built by the team at MNC Drafting and Construction. The whole process from design to build was an absolute dream! You could not find anyone better to work with than Tim. He is such a nice guy and was in constant communication with us. Nothing was too minor or too difficult. Dave's brilliant engineering mind was invaluable in the design process, and again he was such a pleasure to work with. Sam and all the builders are always friendly and professional, and it was a pleasure going onsite and seeing them all. When speaking to other trades I have never heard a bad word spoken about this team. Everyone speaks very highly of them and loves working with them, which is the biggest compliment coming from their colleagues. While we watched half built houses by other builders sit dormant for months, our house never stopped, and was completed within 6 months. We are so impressed with the quality of the build and absolutely love our new home!! We have another building project coming up and will definitely be using MNC Drafting and Construction again. An enormous thank you to Tim and all the team!! Tim and Julieanne Jones

Thanks to the team at MNC Drafting and Construction I now have the most beautiful home. They were fantastic to deal with. Tim and Dave were in regular contact with me throughout the build. They were very organised and allowed me plenty of time and notice to make each decision. I was free to add my own style and choose pieces that I liked from different suppliers, sometimes to their inconvenience. Yet, they were always calm, patient and more than happy to work with me to create exactly what I wanted. When I came onto site with the builders, everyone was happy and clearly loving what they do. The quality and finish of their work is exceptional. I have no hesitations in recommending MNC Drafting to any potential clients for small and large jobs.
