If you're looking for a reliable, efficient, professional, extremely well communicative, and highly attentioned to detail builder, myself and my partner couldn't recommend LVL UP Building + Design more. Will definitely be our first call if/when future building & renovation jobs come up. Craig & Kate from LVL UP recently did a kitchen rennovation for us, which included knocking down some internal walls to convert closed off separate Loungeroom, Foyer, Hallway, Dining Room & Kitchen in to a more open planned space. Flooring throughout the entire area was redone - used to be a mix of carpet, tile, vinyl plank and cork to now timber look vinyl plank throughout. Craig's attention to detail is outstanding. They were very open in all communications, from initial planning and quoting, start & finish dates, what would be happening and when, and regular follow ups & checks until completion. There were also a number of suggestions both Craig & Kate had to improve upon our original plan. Craig does the majority of the work himself, and organises any other trades (such as plumber & electrician) himself, so it fits in with his timing. Any small detail, like electrical outlet location & styling, light placement, tile/splashback trim finishes, etc, were all confirmed with us before anything was locked in. The entire job was complete with a relatively quick turnaround, which aligned to the originally planned finish date.

LVL UP Building and Design have just finished our bathroom renovation and it was a huge job. I am absolutely thrilled with the result. I wasn’t able to be on site during the week due to other commitments, yet the communication was excellent throughout. Craig and Kate openly invited feedback to ensure they continue to deliver a high standard of service. They even came back the very next day to adjust the position of the towel hooks and toilet roll holder to suit my preferences. A lovely team to work with — professional, approachable, and genuinely committed to quality. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering building or renovation work.

LVL UP Building + Design were amazing from start to finish with our bathroom and laundry Reno. They were so accommodating the whole way through planning and renovating. Everything is perfect and has made us love our home. Our kitchen is next to be renovated, by the same company because we loved our Reno so much!

I had Craig come and screed a shower base for me. Even though he was booked out for months he was able to squeeze me in. He was in and out within an hour. Loved the end result and my shower base has the perfect fall to the drain.

Our bathroom renovation involved some serious remediation beneath the floors and in the walls and we are thrilled with Craig's workmanship, particularly his eye to detail. Also noteworthy are communications and reliability: Craig's and Kate's steady consultation and follow-up means that we weren't taken by surprise by any developments and things were done when and how they said they would be. The finished product in each of the three renovated rooms is more than were were game to hope for. We have no hesitation in providing our unreserved recommendation for LVL UP Building + Design.
