    We ended up using Will 3 times in regards to a property purchase for my parents. Each time he was professional, detailed and efficient. His communication is great and explanations were extremely helpful. I highly recommend him and House Maintenance for any Building Inspections you may need. If I ever list my home for sale I will be asking him to do a building inspection for me so I know as a vendor what could be barriers for anyone purchasing the property.
