  We replaced our old wood sash windows and decided to go the whole hog and replace the roof over it as well as we had many water leaks. Got a few quote and decided to go with Toby and we are really glad we did. Fuss free, well priced and excellent work, what else do you need to know. He was happy to work around our time frame and got the job done quickly also sorting out a couple of other issues we had. I would highly recommend Hart Projects to everyone.
