Hayden has been incredible to work with throughout our project and we look forward to work with him again across our future renovation plans. His career background means he has great communication skills and provides regular email updates of works and any changes/costs, which are always well written. He truly values the customer and always ensured we were happy with the work and any other trades he had commissioned, representing any concerns or questions we had about plans. He really took control of the build and the trades while regularly checking in with us to ensure everything was as we wanted and any unforeseen changes, due to it being an older building, were communicated and documented. One of the great things about Hayden was that he also fitted around our young family; our children loved him and welcomed him into their home, which was important given the extent of work we had going on. He also respected them and our home, so we immediately felt comfortable having him take control of works we had going on. Not to mention that he worked so hard to a tight timeline to ensure my visiting parent had a comfortable place to stay. Hayden takes great pride in his work and willingly takes responsibility for his role and that of the people he contracts. He is a tradesman you can trust and we could not recommend him more!

I highly recommend Hayden to complete any bathroom renovations! I am extremely happy with his work and his communication was great. Being an older house we had some unforeseen issues arise during the project and Hayden took the time to explain the situation and talk through all our options making the process transparent. Despite the issues he managed to complete the bathroom as we had initially desired and made it an easy process for us. Will be using him for our future renovations.

We needed a custom window to fit into an existing window cut out for our kitchen. Hayden sourced a local joiner to make our window and then installed the window for us. From quoting to job completion Hayden was an excellent communicator, and his work is of a high quality. We will be engaging Hayden for our future renovations.

Fantastic company. We live in Qld but had work done on our rental property in Maitland NSW. We could not of asked for a better company to renovated the bathroom and ensuite. Hayden kept up informed every step of the way (including photos and videos). Very professional company. The Tenant also advised thay Hayden and his trades were very polite, professional and respectful.
