John is incredibly hard-working, professional, thorough and very knowledgeable - he made a number of suggestions (including better materials) which made the verandah better prepared for the installation of blinds and a more polished finish. I run my own home maintenance small business, so if anyone is going to be fastidious it's going to be me. I had John build my semi enclosed deck and patio cover. I could not fault him 3 and a half years ago, and there have been no issues since. John was efficient with his time, accurate with his measurements and precise with his build. And a nice bloke to boot!!! In this age of "slap them up and move on," it's refreshing to have a tradesman who takes pride in the build he leaves behind. I will definitely utilise his services again!
