  This is the first time I have ever written a review. If I could give Ivan ten stars, I would. I am a self-managed landlord. Hided Ivan to fix the wall panel damaged by the tenant. It was a difficult job, but he did it perfectly. Hard working, great manners, communicative and honest, workmanship is excellent and methodical, with a good eye for detail. And the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Ivan A2Z Carpentry and Maintenance to any self-managed landlords, real estate agents and friends.

Despite having to make right or nine cuts and dremel operations to get it to fit just right, his craftsmanship skills were evident, he never rushed and delivered to the fixed price agreed in advance.
