Leighton Design and Construct

Scott and the team at Leighton Design and Construct came highly recommended to us over 10 years ago and he helped us completely and beautifully renovate the inside of our small 3 bed house. A few years after a gorgeous transformation at that house we moved to a larger house, we had the team back to help us transform our new home. This time we wanted a lot of work done outdoors with a new carport, large deck/entertaining area, and a pool, but we had no idea of what was achievable. Scott made it easy for us to visualise our dream with fantastic design concepts (including some of my wife’s radical ideas), clearly informing us on the all the processes, and keeping us updated on all the steps along the way. We had some challenges with approvals, which Scott was able to clearly advise on, and the new approvals were granted. The hard work, friendly and clear communication, but especially the trustworthiness and amazing quality of work, is why we have asked Leighton Design and Construct to come back and further transform our family home!

We were recommended to Scott Leighton through a work colleague, and he met all our expectations. His attention to detail and pride in his work were evident in the excellent results of the renovation. We collaborated with Scott to carry out a significant renovation to the back of our house, which included building a new bathroom and laundry, reworking the walk-in-wardrobe space, reflooring the bedroom, and fixing our outdoor atrium space. We had a clear vision of what we wanted, and Scott helped us achieve it. As with any renovation, there were some unexpected mishaps, delays, and additional approvals needed. However, Scott was communicative and kept us informed about the progress every step of the way, and we worked together to overcome any challenges. We are thrilled with the outcome of the renovation and would not hesitate to work with Scott again in the future.
