We recently bought a 1928 Federation house in Wembley. We wanted to retain half of our existing kitchen and then add new cabinets with shaker-style doors made to match, the intention was to have a quality, handmade, hand painted kitchen that looked timeless and would last for many years to come. Justin listened to what we wanted, built and fitted all the cabinets, including sourcing all the 1920s-style reeded glass for our wall cabinets. We recently had our walk-in robes custom designed and built by Justin, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. We worked with Justin on the complete renovation and extension of our 100 year home in Mosman Park - kitchen, scullery, laundry, bar, bathrooms. As owner builders, we surrounded ourselves with an expert team, Justin being one of the most important in setting the tone and functionality of all the rooms. We wanted a high quality, hand finished and painted look, combined with natural oak features to name a few aspects. Justin worked with us over a period of months to finesse design, find ways to meet our budget, and generally going above and beyond to deliver for us. Our vision was for a kitchen with modern sensibilities and a nod to European traditional kitchens and spaces (Neptune, DeVol for inspiration) - with Justin taking this theme and running with it. All the details were considered with the emphasis on real and high quality materials in use throughout. We are now living with a dream space - high quality, functional, beautiful and one of a kind. These spaces do justice to the character of the home and will be loved and lived in for the next 100 years.
