Alltech Cabinets

While it took some time between the measure and quote and final installation (largely attributable to demand and supply), I am very happy with Alltech Cabinets customer service, build and installation quality, attention to detail and competitive pricing. The owner (Ruben) guided the kitchen design to accommodate ongoing above fridge recess, weight bearing roof access requirements, a seamless integrated steel framed small breakfast bar and a microwave access area, all required careful thought and planning. This was followed by the presentation of the kitchen design in 3D, great ongoing supporting sales, service and advice, administration and final countertop installation (Ability Stone). Another owner (Michael) upon confirming a measure, part way through the installation, rather than deferring it to another day, also took the time during that visit, to reconfigure the depth of the carcass to better accommodate the gas cooktop, while also refitting a drawer that had been accidentally knocked out of alignment during the gas cooktop reconnection. What really impressed me though, was Alltech's response to some accidental damage incurred during installation, to the door of the new stainless steel fridge, which was replaced at no additional cost, quickly and without argument. The kitchen looks absolutely fabulous. I can wholeheartedly recommend Alltech cabinets (and Ability Stone) to anyone, considering upgrading their kitchen.

Alltech Cabinets provided helpful, professional and friendly advice through every stage of our renovation and transformed our tired old kitchen into a modern workable area which is both attractive and a delight to be in. They were helpful and amenable to several changes along the way and provided constructive suggestions where appropriate. Many customers have mentioned that it took longer than expected to finish the job. For us, it took just over six months from the initial visit to installation completion. Despite the timeline, we're extremely pleased with the amazing workmanship provided by Alltech Cabinets. Reuben's confidence in handling our challenging project, like replacing an old integrated fridge, was reassuring. While better communication about timelines would be beneficial, we appreciate the high quality of the final results. Overall, we highly recommend Alltech Cabinets and would gladly work with them again.

The experience we had with Alltech to work on our new kitchen was wonderful. Not only did they keep to our budget but Jason helped out enormously with his valuable experience and guided us through the early stages with design ideas, which is what we were initially looking for. All the staff at Alltech, from the office staff (Sarah) through to the trades that worked on our beautiful kitchen, they were always there to help and nothing seemed too hard.
