Working with Sandra and her team at Tuxlux was a genuinely positive experience. From the initial design stage through to the final installation, they were professional and easy to work with. The quality, craftsmanship of their work and overall service was of a good standard. We chose Tuxlux because we wanted a truly unique kitchen and had specific design requests. Sandra took the time to understand our vision and offered thoughtful, practical guidance throughout the project. My experience with Tuxlux has been excellent from start to finish. My kitchen renovation was well-organized and ran like clockwork. Sandra and David, together with their team were professional, efficient, friendly and extremely respectful. They paid attention to every detail, and the quality of the craftsmanship is outstanding - I absolutely love my new kitchen! Accolades to the Tuxlux team for not only providing me with a perfect kitchen that exceeded my expectations, but the peace of mind that came from not having to worry about anything during the entire process. Their commitment to providing 100% project management resulted in a process that operated smoothly, predictably, and according to plan. We had Tuxlux perform a complete internal renovation of our holiday home. We first engaged David 3 or 4 years before we made the commitment and at no stage was there any pressure to proceed. David and the team were informative and helped set expectations on an initial budget. When we decided to take the next step , we paid a fee to have our inspiration come to life with drawings to help visualize what the renovation would look like. This was great value for money. Our bathrooms , kitchen , laundry and cabinetry was visually displayed, we knew what it would look like with tiles selected etc which gave us a clear understanding of the renovation would costs. The other factor which helped in our decision to go ahead was not just the presentation and drawings but knowing the quality of the work from previous customers, genuine reviews but getting to meet the broader team. The quality of the renovation is a reflection of using good trades, and tradesmen that hold themselves to high standards. When construction commenced, we could see the carpenters, electricians , tilers have been with Tuxlux for a long time . So going ahead with a builder that users the same trades for all jobs gave us confidence of what we were getting , that other clients spoke so highly of. The renovation started in April and was completed by September. Considering this was a split level home, on a steep block, 3 bathrooms, laundry , kitchen , new doors, skirtings, carpet, sanded and polished floor boards, new stair rails and so on. We couldn’t believe it was done on time and schedule. But more importantly , quality was never compromised. The reality is it wasn’t perfect, there was the odd mistake and anyone expecting perfection will always be disappointed but this is as close as possible to the perfect renovation and anything that needed a small adjustment or fix was always done promptly , professionally and I couldn’t ask for much more in their communication and resoluteness. I’d like to thank Sandra, David, Paul, and the extended team at Tuxlux for making this easy , possible and a reality. I’d have no hesitation in recommending Tuxlux, or using them again. It’s all the little things they do that go unsaid that make them who they are. Thanks again Sandra and team. I’ll miss our interactions on the project but you’ve left us something special that we hope to enjoy for the rest of our lives.

It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Sandra, Paul and the wonderful trades from Tux Lux. Sandra worked with me all the way through with my vision to create our happy place. Very passionate , professional and the quality of workmanship is exceptional. The after hours messages and dedication to extraordinary customer service was beyond what I was expecting. I’m definitely a now person with a quirky nature and to sum it up. I’m definitely not beige in my design ideas. Sandra embraced my vision and as a result our appartment is totally unique. I came to Tux Lux for a quote as I had tried them all! I needed custom and bespoke and thank goodness they spoke my language. I knew what I wanted but just couldn't get anyone to see my vision. David was brilliant with his ideas and listened to me. His custom design was nothing I could have come up with, truly professional (solution to many issues!) The end result speaks for itself and I feel at home with my beautiful Scandi/Farmhouse kitchen.
