We were recommended On Point Kitchens by two different friends who had used them for their own kitchens, and we’re so glad we chose them. One of our friends had a very specific colour in mind and On Point went above and beyond to source it,which gave us a lot of confidence from the start. We also had such a positive experience. Our space was quite tricky to design and install for, but the team brought our ideas to life beautifully. They were supportive, flexible, and offered thoughtful solutions and suggestions throughout the process. We are absolutely thrilled with the outcome and feel we’ve achieved the perfect result at a great price. The installation was completed to an exceptional standard, they worked so hard to make sure it was perfect. There was a minor issue with one cupboard door being slightly out of line with the design, we didn’t even need to mention it. The installers noticed it themselves, removed the door, took it away for correcting, and reinstalled it properly and promptly. We did have one small issue with a seam on a door coming loose a few months after installation, but On Point came out quickly to fix it. There was no back-and-forth or pushback, which was such a relief after a previous difficult experience with another trade. No issues since! We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and highly recommend On Point Kitchens to anyone considering a renovation.

They listened to my needs and suggested things to my cabinetry I had not thought of. The cabinetry is of very good quality and best of all, it is very practical to use day to day. The installers were great and if anything needed tweaking, they promptly adjusted bits and pieces. Tran and the team have just provided and installed the kitchen, 2x bathroom and laundry joinery for a new extension at my place, and did a brilliant job! Tran was super helpful from the start, she really helped me finalise the design and choose finishes that all worked together really nicely. She was ever patient with me changing my mind and the design, and she made sure she asked me about all the small details, even phoning on the day of installation to double check how high I wanted one of the shelves to be. The quality of the finish is fantastic and everything was delivered and installed on time. I'd highly recommend them!

Tran and her team have delivered the most spectacular kitchen cabinetry and bedroom wardrobes. So much better than we could’ve imagined. Tran is so switched on, that when a designer may have slipped up Tran will pick up any errors. Trans communication and service has been the highlight of our big reno.
