From the beginning, Leigh demonstrated a high level of professionalism and a strong understanding of the requirements needed of the task to deliver upon the high quality finish we sought. It was clear early on that Leigh brought extensive experience to the table. Leigh prepared detailed plans in a timely manner and, after accommodating some additional changes, we were quick to lock in a start date for the job. Leigh attended site on time and every time, as promised. He worked diligently, ensuring that everything was cleaned and tidied as he went. He was also willing to accommodate our needs with our newborn having just arrived. I'm pleased to report that we are very satisfied with the final products! It has been a refreshing experience to work with Leigh, who brings an elevated level of professionalism to the trade. Where other tradespeople were unwilling to take on the work (presumably because they weren't confident in undertaking the task), Leigh met the challenge and exceeded our expectations.
