CSG Cabinets

Two years ago, we were looking for professional cabinetry services and their showrooms to help us select our new kitchen design. The company we hired to extend our kitchen, Bearcon Building Services, introduced us to Tony and CSG Cabinets team. Tony & his team are the best cabinetry team of professionals I have met. They were attentive, responsive, flexible, polite, patient, respectful, friendly, helpful, communicative and punctual. They listened to our needs rather than trying to get us to accept what was easy for them to make. Each member of their team was well-trained. I want to give a special shout-out to Daniel and Tony’s son, who worked so hard to make our new cabinet satisfying. Tony worked hard to ensure that he understood exactly what we wanted and had such great attention to detail. The communication was remarkable; they were always thorough and with accurate expectations and a timeline. Most importantly, our kitchen looks amazing, and we couldn't be happier with our new pantry cabinets – (it looks absolutely fantastic). We had an excellent experience working with Tony and with CSG Cabinets. We couldn’t recommend CSG Cabinets enough. We love what we have now, and now that we have used our kitchen for a short while, I can say just how grateful we are for how functional it is. Thank you for such great work you have done for us.

Tony & his team are THE best set of professionals I have ever come across in any industry. Having selected them after a Google search to quote along with several of their competitors they stood out immediately. They were attentive, responsive, flexible, polite, patient, respectful, friendly, helpful, communicative, timely and great value. They listened to our needs rather than try to get us to conform to what was easy for them. They gave us options around different materials, confidence that they knew what they were doing, and frequent communication as our 3 cabinets were being made. On the day of installation a number of new team members arrived. Each one as polite and committed as the last. Each of these people are so well trained, love what they do, are skilled and talk to you the customer like family. The whole team are unique, unlike any trade based organisation I have ever dealt with. They also returned to check if we were happy in the days following. I want to also give a special shout out to Alex, Tony’s son, whose passion for what he does ensures CSG will be a powerhouse for years to come. We also received a number of recommendations from them of other trades people who all had similar passion and commitment. This is fine company of talented and committed professional cabinet makers don’t waste your time with anyone else.

My experience with CSG was a flawless one from start to finish, in redoing my kitchen. Tony and Alex were very helpful in assisting me to choose a colour and design that was personalised and well suited to the particular dimensions and ambience of my space. The installation was also a smooth experience with Tony and his staff. I was equally as impressed with the final quality of the cabinets. I’m absolutely thrilled with the work Tony and his team did on my kitchen cupboards and drawers! I had all the fronts replaced and the transformation is just stunning.
