Exceptional From Start to Finish We recently had our laundry and pantry custom fit-out completed by Oak Custom Joinery, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the very first booking, right through to design, quoting, and installation, every step felt thoughtful, professional and incredibly well supported. Beth was the magic-maker who helped turn years of mood boards and ideas into a clear, beautiful design that finally felt right. She understood exactly what I was trying to achieve, guided us through finishes and colours, and our final design meeting was detailed, unhurried, and left me feeling confident in every choice. As someone new to fully bespoke cabinetry, I didn’t realise I’d also need to organise and coordinate additional trades like the electrician, plumber and tiler. At first, this felt overwhelming - but when Supervisor James came out to double-check measurements, he walked me through the process, offered practical advice, and helped me map out what needed to happen and when. Once I understood the workflow, everything came together smoothly, and I actually enjoyed the challenge of pulling it all into place. When installation began, James and his team truly went above and beyond. They handled unexpected on-site challenges without fuss and happily accommodated a couple of extra requests along the way. Nothing was too much trouble, and their workmanship is outstanding. I also have to mention the colour - we went with Hushed Pine Natural in the laundry to complement our existing floor tiles without having to cost in the replacement, and the Oak team genuinely loved how it turned out once everything was installed. We recently had OAK Custom Joinery complete a range of cabinetry in our home, including our walk-in robe, laundry, hallway cupboard, vanities, and built-in robes for the bedrooms, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. 6 months on from the completion of our project and we are still thrilled with the cabinetry. I cannot speak more highly of James and the team at OAK. Admin were excellent to deal with, professional and quick to respond. James was always helpful and accommodating and great suggestions and ideas as plans were adapted. We had many trades compliment the work he did with special mention about the straight lines of the cabinetry. We had our whole house cabinetry done by OAK - kitchen, laundry, entertainment ynuy, vanities and hallway cuboards and everything is as expected (and even exceeded our expectations). Professional, responsive, knowledgeable, warm - excellent all round. One of a Kind helped us out of a tight spot after being left mid-renovation without a cabinet maker, but Ellen and James set our minds at ease with their empathetic and cooperative attitude - and most importantly, delivered a fabulous kitchen within the agreed time frame. They were even willing to tweak some cabinets after installation to address minor design issues that only became apparent after using the kitchen. I could not recommend them more highly.

A big thanks to James and Flynn for the wonderful install of our kitchenette. They had installed a bedroom robe for us last year and we were so happy with the result that we didn't hesitate to ask them to do this job. Their excellent service and eye for detail made them a pleasure to work with. Everything went smoothly from the design phase through to the install.
