Sam was very professional & knowledgeable & his expert advice was much appreciated in making decisions. Communication throughout the process was impressive, as was the co-ordination with plumber, tiler etc at installation which was seamless. After a new house build, our cupboards weren't great and the original installer was no longer in business. Called Sam & his team and they rectified all issues. Subsequently as we did extensions, InTime were able to exactly match design / finish / handles / granite inlays. Another 2 years on we needed a small adjustment - done in a flash & no bill ! Amazing service in an area not renown for Customer care.
