Kitchen Design CQ

We had an amazing experience with Kitchen Design CQ from the first measure through to the final fit out in a kitchen remodel. Their customer service was second to none, Tara in particular! After noticing a minor issue with the splashback installation the team were very quick to rectify and communicated everything quickly and with detail. Would definitely return to Kitchen Design CQ for further renos.

Highly recommend!! Everyone was fantastic. I mainly delt with Bec who had so much patience and was a delight to bounce ideas off and chat with. Tara was also wonderful. Everyone was. Everytime I went in to the showroom they made me feel important. Nothing was ever a hassle. Even going out the back to talk to the guys about changes on design. No impatience ever showed. Any time I emailed them, i had a responce within a couple of hours. The install guys were great. A few issues arouse around our oven and they went above and beyond to help us. They all pooled together with ideas and solutions. Even one of the guys from out the back came out to help and explain what he could do( apologies, i am not sure of your name or position.) Don't go past them. Highly highly recommended.

I would like to express my appreciation for CQ Kitchen Designs. I am a discerning customer, as evidenced by my previous reviews. However, from our first interaction, this company impressed me with their promptness in taking measurements and creating a kitchen plan. Unlike other cabinet makers, they included thoughtful features that demonstrated their expertise. They accommodated my budget by revising the design five times and went above and beyond to source a benchtop at a fair price. Although I had to wait approximately three months for delivery, this timeframe allowed me to organize my plans effectively. The installer arrived and completed the fitting with remarkable attention to detail, finishing the job in just one day. I now have a stunning kitchen with high-quality units. Thank you, CQ Kitchen Designs, for exceeding my expectations at every stage. I would not consider going anywhere else for my next kitchen project

We were on a very tight timeline to get reno's done before the arrival of our second child. We were incredibly happy with how quickly we were able get things moving with KDCQ. Jeff came to our house the day after we called and had a quote with plans back to us a week later as promised. The team were easy to work with along the way and were happy to accommodate some changes we made to the plan. Visiting their showroom made it much easier then we thought to pick out colours and accessories. The kitchen was installed on the agreed date 3 weeks after we made our deposit. Installation day was smooth and trouble free. We have been using our new kitchen for about 2 months now and still cant get over how much of improvement it is to the old one. We love it and definitely recommend using KDCQ.
