Once the project began, Steve, our project manager, ensured everything ran exactly as planned. What really stood out was the accuracy of the timeline—every trade arrived exactly as scheduled according to the scope of works. Veronica and the whole Imperial Kitchens team we have dealt with during the process of getting our custom storage have been fantastic. Everyone has turned up on time and been super friendly. We had a number of quotes to build our custom storage whilst Imperial were not the cheapest, the service more than made up for the little bit extra. We are certainly very happy with the end product.
