Jacana Motorhomes

We’ve had our Hiker X for 12 months now. We’ve travelled as far north as 1770-Agnes Waters and south around Tassie. We’ve clocked up just over 20 000 km in that time. Our vehicle hasn’t missed a beat and continues to fulfill all our holiday needs. Ros, Barry and the rest of the Jacana team have been the best to work with. From requests during manufacture to “tweaks” we’ve wanted after trips, they have always been more than happy to oblige. We continue to receive positive feedback about the van, its individual appearance and the quality of the finished product wherever we go and continue to hand out Jacana business cards and flyers to interested travellers wherever we go. We could not be more satisfied with our Jacana van or the awesome people who are responsible for creating it.

I’ve had my sprinter van now for 2 years so it’s now time to review I’ve been over every type of terrain the fit out has not had any damage at all not even a screw falling out I would recommend Jacana to anyone looking for quality fit out dam great fit out well done thank you so much

Barry and his team have created our dream camper, customised to our needs. Exquisite quality and attention to detail. Creative suggestions to maximise utility. Our 4-Motion VW Crafter has been turned into a beautiful adventure machine. Roll out tray for our bikes, backpacks, canoes or other sporting gear. Great little galley, massive fridge, water and air heating, second row of seating, and simple "bathroom" facilities! Highly recommended! For your new van or refurb or repair an older one!

Thank you Jacana for fitting us in on short notice to reseal around our DRS. Had water penetration over the weekend and rang them this morning to see if they could fix it on our way through today. Yes they could and had it all fixed in an hour. Great service, friendly staff and reasonably priced. No trouble recommending Jacana

I got a Hiker - Toyota Hiace van - single fitout. Their attention to detail shows in their build. The communication with Katherine was excellent where I received regular photos as I am in Victoria. The handover by Hayden was informative. They really do operate as a great team. I find the van really easy to use on my own. The Canvas pop top roof gives the van so much more space and air with the opening top windows. The 30 second awning is so easy to pull out and pack up on my own. The Diesel heater they installed will make it easy to camp even in the winter months in Victoria. Even though I got the single fit out I travelled with a friend as the bed pulls out to a double. We were very comfortable in the van being two of us. On the single fit out I have easy access through the van during the day and can easily carry a bike and paddleboard inside using the tie down points Jacana installed as standard. I transported my new van up to them to fit it out for me. I highly recommend Jacana Motorhomes to fit out your van or bus.
