I had Factory Direct Wardrobes to install 3 new built-in wardrobes at my son's house about 2 weeks ago. My family was extremely happy with the quality of their services and workmanship. Michael was both professional and helpful with everything from selecting the most appropriate materials to installation ideas. Their team members arrived on time and their workmanship, efficiency and professionalism was absolutely above and beyond our expectations! We settled on Factory Direct mainly due to price. We travelled from Cronulla to Greenacre to see the product. Michael was very accomodating. The expectation was for a precision installation of a vanilla flavoured built in robe of standard size and specifications. This is exactly what was delivered and installed. Very large doors run smooth and true. Drawers are tight and strong. The installer went to some effort to make the panels fit into the dreaded popcorn ceiling. He was a master of the silicon caulking gun. We are very happy with the end product which, by the way, came in around a third of the price of our local supplier.

We are happy with our new wardrobes installed in 2 bedrooms. Ahmed and Michael were great to deal with, so I would recommend them. They did what we needed them to do and were on time, polite. They boys loved a chat, which is fine with me, it was a bit of banter to keep the job interesting. Thanks again Ahmed!

Mohammad and the team were very busy but stopped to help me with 3 doors that I was having trouble with, they remade them and had them ready the same day at an amazing price! Highly recommend these guys they are very easy and friendly. I will be back!

Factory Direct Wardrobes installed one new 3 door wardrobe, demolished and replaced one 4 door wardrobe and installed one 2 door sliding door for an existing wardrobe. The price was cheap on comparison with 4 other quotes I got and they came in 3 separates days to complete the work. For the 4 door wardrobe they later found that my floor was not flat and they had to come next day again to manually cut and customise. Yet Michael and Ahmed did not charge more and did not want to compromise on the quality of the work too. They filled every gap with filler and made sure that the work was complete and perfect.
