Bassam at Elbalqa Joinery was extremely professional from start to finish. He was very accommodating with my design ideas and genuinely did his best to work with what I wanted. Bassam is friendly, kind, and always communicative—if he missed a call, he would consistently call back within the hour. I’m very happy with the quality of his workmanship and would highly recommend their services.

I consider myself lucky to have been able to work with Sam and his team. I relied heavily on his aesthetic and skill to make my house a home.

Highly recommended. Bassam was outstanding in his attention to detail, communication, timeliness and quality of the finished job. We had an issue when the materials supplier delivered the wrong size product but Bassam was extremely diligent in finding a solution that ended up being better than our initial plan. He was also very competitive on price v’s 3 other independent quotes we received. After just completing a significant house renovation and dealing with dozens of trades and builders it was refreshing to work with Bassam and his team who delivered what he said he would, on time and to budget.
