Absolutely thrilled with my new kitchen, Greg and the team were great, very helpful with planning and fantastic work installing the kitchen. Highly recommend Boss Better Living Systems! I highly recommend Boss Better Living Systems, they were so good to deal with, nothing was too much trouble & they finished our kitchen ahead of schedule, they organised all the tradies, we didn’t have to do anything & we love our new kitchen. They even came & fixed a draw that my daughter accidentally broke within 12hrs of me emailing them, I was blown away by the after sales service & they didn’t charge me any extra. We are definitely thinking about using them again. I’ve been telling all my friends about who did our kitchen.

In 2023, BOSS completely remodelled and renovated our kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Greg, Ryan and Rick were fantastic to work with, along with the many tradies on the job. The end result was even better than we’d imagined and was completed earlier than scheduled. We can’t speak highly enough of Greg and his team’s dedication to their customers and their craft (including returning promptly to correct a few minor issues since 2023). In short: Two years later and we are 100% satisfied with BOSS’s personal and professional performance and highly recommend their services! Very happy with my kitchen renovation. Boss Better Living Systems did a great job. Nothing is too much trouble, workmanship is very good, all the tradies and installers did brilliant work and cleaned up after themselves. Appliance’s are lovely, design suits the space and usability is perfect. The office staff are extremely efficient and happy to worth with you to make sure your renovation experience is positive. Boss have just completed the third significant home renovation for my wife and I on our home in East Albury and we are extremely pleased with the final result. The first work was in 2013 with major works taking almost 3 months. New kitchen, ensuite, powder room, ceilings, flooring, walls, doorways, etc etc.... We did not hesitate to go back to Boss in 2024 to remodel our main bathroom and design and build custom cabinetry in the main bedroom. Again a fantastic finished result. The most recent works have involved the design, construction and installation of a full kitchen to a downstairs room to convert a space to a fully self contained living area for a family member. Also the installation of a laundry to our garage, custom storage cabinetry to the garage, a custom storage unit for my wife's craft room and a custom buffet to our living area. The process has again been seamless and hassle free from the initial contact with Greg Winter and his team, the design of the various items to suit our specific needs and then the installation and completion of everything to an exceptional standard. Our home was always treated with respect by the tradespeople, both Boss employees and contractors used. All time frames were met and we were constantly kept up to date on the progress as things went along. Being an older house, a few hiccups were encountered along the way, but were quickly resolved and ended with a better finished result than we had expected. Nothing was too difficult, including our last minute "while you are here would you mind...." I strongly recommend Boss Better Living Systems should you be considering any form of home renovation or upgrade. Our experience certainly has been all we could of hoped for.
