Ian is old school and a pleasure to deal with. I'm delighted with their work. We had 4 large wardrobes fitted out, a large home office and retro fitting to a kitchen. Workmanship is excellent and the team is friendly and professional. They take great pride in their product and back it up with their able skills. Nothing was too much trouble. I'll be calling about the laundry shortly.

It took quite a few call outs from other kitchen design companies in the area who, umm-ed and ahh-ed, scratched heads and sucked air through teeth before my wife found Ian Stralow and Blackwood Kitchens & Joinery. He came out, looked at the space and actually listened to what she had to say, as this was a long held dream, and said yep we can do that. Asked questions, and openly questioned her as to her choices and what was possible and how something could be done, but it was just another job. Problems are meant to be solved and Ian and his team do that, they're problem solvers. Quality is terrific, workmanship is outstanding, communication is great and the pricing was the best of the lot that we had come out. Blackwood just installed our new kitchen and I’ve been impressed the whole way through the process from start to finish. The customer service and attention to detail is amazing. The final result is exactly what I wanted. I’ll be using their service again and highly recommend them.
