    Mike carried out our comprehensive structural report for an Old established home we are purchasing. From the get go communication was fast, He was on time, professional and carried out an extensive report on all areas. Offered to answer any questions, but none needed as the report was so well written and easy to understand with pictures . I needed the report back within 24 hours and this was supplied so fast! We will recommend this company to anyone we know buying, just like our friends had recommended him to us. I’m so glad I went with Prospec Home inspections, as originally being a first time buyer novice and hubby being away, I didn’t know what I was doing And was going to go with the cheaper top google search company ...
